This three-month training programme is designed to equip you with everything you need to prepare for a career in IT. Through it, you will build both your qualifications and your professional skill set. Upon completion of the programme, you will receive an accredited certification and a three-month remote IT work experience placement.

Our team of senior advisors will manage the selection process. As part of this process, we also expect any applicants to have a basic knowledge of IT.

IT Work Experience

Every candidate will receive a guaranteed 12-week IT work experience placement. Through our IT programme, you will gain valuable, hands-on experience, demonstrating the skills needed to succeed in the IT field.

The duties you will be expected to carry out during this IT placement include:

• Assist in the development and implementation of IT strategies to enhance system efficiency and security
• Provide technical support to internal teams and troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• Help with system upgrades, software installations, and maintaining networks
• Monitor and maintain company IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance
• Manage and update IT documentation, including user guides and system manuals
• Assist in the implementation of cloud solutions, data backup, and recovery processes
• Collaborate with developers to optimise software and system performance
• Participate in cybersecurity initiatives to protect data and systems from potential threats
• Use IT project management tools to track progress and ensure timely delivery of IT projects
• Stay updated with the latest IT trends, tools, and technologies to keep strategies current

This experience will provide you with a comprehensive understanding of IT operations and help you build the practical knowledge needed to advance in the industry.

Duration

Online Training period: 4-12 weeks (this can be extended, if required*)

Assessment: To pass the course, learners will be required to successfully pass an online MCQ examination.

When can you start? Once you apply, we will select the best candidates to take part in the course. The training takes place online. Once your training modules have been successfully completed, you can then start the remote job placement.
